What's your best tip for keeping fit this winter? Swim every morning before work, it's the only way to beat the blues! Who's cool in your opinion? Anyone from Wales, and Steve England. Are you going on a winter trip if so where? I have just come home from the Solomon Islands so am looking forward to being back in Wales for a while. Name your top four must-have items to take on a trip? As many boards as I'm allowed (for obvious reasons), my boyfriend (for obvious reasons), my camera (to document the goings on), a bottle of gin (no matter where you are, how far you are from home, there is nothing like a good strong G&T) What was the last thing you bought? The new Madeline Peyroux album. What's the best thing that happened to you in 2006? Sailing on a big yacht in the middle of the Pacific ocean for days on end, seeing no land just waves, fish and phosphorescence, then arriving at a remote island and living with the tribe there for a month (and getting paid to do it)...insane! And your New Years resolution is...to work less, surf more and party as hard as ever.
