To win the suit all you have to do is send us your best photograph of something surfing related. Anything. It could be a shot of you riding, a shot of an empty wave, a line up or something a bit more off-the-wall-that you think sums up the sport: it’s your call. Just make it eye catching and inspiring. The CT is a £239.99 suit, so we’re looking for a big effort!
The competition will be judged by the photography team at the CARVE command centre in Newquay, and by representatives from Body Glove. Please email entries to Rob@orcasurf.co.uk and include your name, phone number, address and wetsuit size. The closing date is May 20th.
The 2009 etnies You Tube-Rider Challenge presented by CARVE has a winner!
The comp award ceremony has taken place in Jamie O’Brien’s front room. He has done an amazing job with a full video review of all the barrels submitted.
We’d like to thank etnies for rewarding and acknowledging British and Irish chargers, JOB for taking the time out to judge, but more importantly the riders and video guys for submitting clips and generally charging about the place. You guys rock!
A special prize will be going to Dan Chapman for dedication to his art — he and his mates blew everyone away by setting up floodlights and getting barrelled in the middle of a winter’s night in Kent!
As for the overall winner, well, get a cup of tea and watch Jamie pick his favourites. It’s pretty funny and we are stoked to have him as our judge!
